Description
What this is
A focused 15-minute pure tone session for plants struggling with root rot, the soft brown roots, wilt after watering, and yellowing that come from soggy, low-oxygen soil. It is not music for you to listen to. It is a steady tone you play near the root zone to accompany the plant while you fix the real cause, which is drainage and watering. How to use it
Place a small speaker 0.5 to 1.5 m from the pots, pointed toward the root zone, at a low to moderate volume that is clearly audible but never loud. It works in rooms, greenhouses, and calm outdoor spots with little background noise. Most important, pair it with the real fix: trim soft brown roots with sterile scissors and keep the firm white ones, repot into a fresh airy mix such as bark, perlite, and pumice, water deeply and then let the soil dry down, and improve airflow and light. During active root rot, days 1 to 7, run it once or twice a day, morning and evening, and avoid overwatering. In week 2, run it once a day while new white root tips form. For ongoing prevention, 2 to 3 times a week in cool, wet, or low light spells, after repotting, or whenever a pot feels heavy after watering. Signs of recovery: foliage that perks up after watering, less sour smell, and visible white root tips, with the repot, drainage, and watering doing the main work.Being honest with you
This is non-chemical support for the routine, not a cure and not a substitute for fixing drainage and watering. Mild cases often improve in 7 to 14 days with proper care, while severe cases take longer and may need pruning or repotting. The research on frequencies and plants is limited, and this is simply the session I run for my own plants. What is included
A 15-minute WAV, a 15-minute MP3, and a PDF guide with the full routine. Digital download, no physical item.A note on music versus frequency
