What this is

A 45-minute pure tone session for plant growth and general vitality. It is not music for you to listen to. It is made for the plant's environment rather than direct human listening. You play it near your plants to accompany growth, recovery, and everyday vitality.

How to use it

Use a speaker placed near your plants, not headphones, since this session is for the environment and not for you. Keep the volume moderate to low, as it works even when soft. Play in the morning or early evening, during active growth, after transplanting or pruning, during visible stress or wilting, or to support flowering and vitality. It suits houseplants, greenhouses, outdoor beds, hydroponic setups, and seedling or propagation stations. During days 1 to 3, play it daily. From week 1 on, 2 to 4 times a week during active growth. In flowering time, play before sunrise or after sunset. When a plant is stressed, use it as part of restoring its routine, then continue with calming plant music afterward.

Being honest with you

This is a supportive routine, not a replacement for water, soil, and light, and I cannot promise it makes plants grow faster or stronger. The research on frequencies and plant growth is limited, and this is simply the session I run for my own plants. Played at a normal room level, it is safe around people and pets.
