What this is

A focused 16-minute pure tone session for plants dealing with aphids. It is not music for you to listen to. It is a steady tone you play near the plants as part of gentle, non-chemical care while the plant recovers.

How to use it

Use a small speaker placed near the plants, about 0.5 to 1.5 m away, not a phone speaker and not headphones, since this is for the room rather than direct leaf contact. Play in the morning and early evening in a calm spot, indoors, on a patio, balcony, or in a greenhouse, with low background noise, at a low to moderate volume that is clearly audible but never loud. With active aphids, run it once or twice a day for 5 to 7 days, then taper. For prevention, 2 to 3 times a week during aphid-prone spells in spring and early summer. Pair it with bright light, correct watering, and, if you like, a gentle plant-safe soap rinse, and avoid harsh chemicals while you use it. Signs of recovery: less leaf curling and honeydew, and fewer live aphids over the coming days, with the light, watering, and rinse doing their part too.

Being honest with you

I cannot promise it wipes out aphids. The idea is to make the plant's space less inviting for pests and to support recovery over repeated sessions, alongside good care rather than instead of it. The research on frequencies and plants is limited, and this is simply the session I run for my own plants. Played at normal room volume, it is safe around people and pets.
