After your payment is confirmed, your download is available instantly. You can download your files from the order confirmation page and from the download link in your order email. Your files also stay available in your account, under My Account and then Downloads.

If a download link does not work, or a file will not open, email info@planthouseandgarden.com and I will send your files directly. Refunds for technical problems are covered in the Refund Policy.
