Digital Products Only

All products sold on Plant House & Garden are digital in nature — including downloadable planners, e-books, brochures, and music files. Since these items are delivered instantly via download, refunds are generally not provided.

When Refunds Are Granted

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You are unable to download your purchased file due to a technical error.
  • You received a corrupted or non-working file.

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at 📧 info@planthouseandgarden.com. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You mistakenly purchased the wrong product.
